Lone Peak Shipping Information

All orders to include (in addition to the product pricing) a flat S&H fee of $155. This covers the shipping/packaging materials and handling expense as well as overnight shipping via UPS to the lower 48 states. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska must be placed by phone or email and be preauthorized by the company.

All orders are shipped via UPS NEXT DAY AIR in dry ice and must be received on the day of delivery. No P.O. Box addresses. UPS typically guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m. depending on delivery location. Customer to verify their location if delivery is needed earlier or by a specific time by confirming with their respective sales representative.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR EARLY may be selected for an additional $25 and is typically guaranteed by UPS by 8:00 a.m. on the day of delivery depending on location. Customer to verify their location if delivery is needed earlier or by a specific time by confirming with their respective sales representative.

Order cutoff time for next day delivery is 1:00 p.m. MST. Monday through Thursday. Any orders submitted past this deadline will be subject to confirmation of acceptance of the order and a $125 late processing fee.

Friday shipments for Saturday delivery are subject to confirmation of acceptance of the order and a $125 late processing fee in addition to the “Saturday” delivery fee charged by UPS for that orders delivery address.

Returns

Products may not be returned without prior authorization by Lone Peak Biologics. Due to the perishable nature of our products, contact Lone Peak Biologics Support (1-833-783-6746 and/or support@lonepeakbiologics.com) as soon as possible.

Hazardous Substances. The absence of a specific warning should not be interpreted to mean that the products have been proven to be non-toxic or safe to be handled without standard safety precautions. The absence of a warning must not be interpreted as an indication of safety.

Lone Peak Biologics products are sent with the condition that you are responsible for their safe storage, handling, and use. Lone Peak Biologics is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from receipt and/or use of Lone Peak Biologics products.

Lone Peak Biologics has classified products by biosafety level (BSL) for purposes of packaging for safe shipment. The classification is based on an assessment of the potential risk using U.S. Public Health Service guidelines. Lone Peak Biologics recommends handling our products in accordance with biosafety level-2 (BSL-2) guidelines. BSL-2 categorized agents present a moderate potential hazard to personnel and the environment. It is ultimately the responsibility of the recipient and their institution to determine the biosafety level and work with the material under the appropriate containment for the performed treatments.
